Grounded in the Christian faith, we also recognize all that promotes life, love, and wholeness is of God. Listening to God, to ourselves, to other people, and to all of life helps us flourish in all things.
Compassionate
Because God’s nature is compassion, we are compassionate with all people, in our listening and in our living together. Compassion enables us to move beyond fear, prejudice, anger, and violence into a life of community and oneness with others.
Respectful
Human diversity challenges our ability to work and live together in groups and communities. As we listen to each others’ stories, and respect their feelings and thoughts, even value what is different, we create an environment in which to work and live where we cooperate in an attitude of abundance.
Empowered
All individuals and groups have a unique, authentic center of their being which they can discern through Life Listening. Discernment of calling and purpose in life empowers us to use our gifts and experience in confident living out of all we are created to be, empowering others in the same way.
Integrated
Listening to and living out of that center heals wounds and creates health of spirit, mind, and body. As disparate pieces of our lives and diverse members of groups come together in integrated purpose and meaning, all of life will flourish.
